Begemann hasnt had the best of years having posted a 3-8 YTD in ATP Qualifying/Challengers and hasn't beat anyone in the Top 200 since November last year.

Ouyang was a top 16 junior at one point in 2010 and is still a teenager so might be a bit under-ranked. Even so, it looks like an improvement in Wardy's draw.

Fair play to Wardy for sending down those two booming aces (one on second serve) at 4-3 15-40 in the second. Shades of Henman v Kafelnikov at Wimbledon. On such fine margins are matches won and lost.
