The good news: Wardy has drawn a wild card in R1

The bad news: The WC is a former top 10 player & Olympic gold medallist! doh

L32: James Ward WR 162 v Nicolás Massú (CHI) WR 565 (CH 9 in 2004)

Edit: Looking at Massú's recent results, that's probably a decent draw after all, though he's still not your standard WR 565!

Neither player appears in the draw any more with 4 ALTS. I assume the two ALTS playing each other are where James and Nico were drawn. Wonder where James is?

Odd. Where have you seen this? http://www.atpworldtour.com/posting/2012/6250/mds.pdf and the draw on the iPhone app still show the same as before and unless all the losers in qualifying have gone home, withdrawals should be replaced by LLs not Alts anyway.
