The 2 British DAs here are the highest-ranked players who aren't seeded - though of course Fitzy would be seeded (6th) if his new rankings already applied:
L32: George Morgan WR 709 v Gilad Ben Zvi (ISR) WR 851 (CH 600 in 2010) L32: Andrew Fitzpatrick WR 704 v Tal Eros (ISR) WR 875 (CH 743 last Oct)
H2H 0-1 in both cases, Fitzy as described in the last post and George in juniors - Ben Zvi beat him in 3 sets at junior Wimbledon in 2008.

Re Steven's tweet and George's reply, I wouldn't be surprised if the ITF site was correct and George just can't remember playing Zvi. After all, a lot of us would be hard pressed to remember someone we saw 30 plus feet away 4 years ago.
Also, he may be correct in saying he didn't play at Wimbledon, but if this was played at Roehampton (or elsewhere) you can understand why he can't recall it.
Looks like this may all be irrelevant anyway as George won't be playing him this time either. According to Flashscores, George has a walkover.

Re. the H2H - I dug a bit deeper (unfortunately you can no longer do this by clicking on the tournament on the H2H page because it always gives an error) and it turns out that it was a qualifying match, not a main draw match - far easier to forget, if indeed he did forget it.
Anyway, Ben Zvi has withdrawn but a lucky loser has been drawn in his place, and Ashley has qualified too

Fitzy, brilliant week last week (and darn good the week before) but so many players players crash down after such a high and bomb out early. Not you, because you're Andrew Fitzpatrick, and you're going get amongst the points again this week aren't you
