With 2 SE's to clear in Tallahassee Boggo is 4 out of Main Draw, Ward is 5th alt with Eaton 11th

What a rubbish week this week has turned out to be, at least for the 11 Brits in the GB men's and women's top 15s combined who were playing in ATP/WTA-ranked tournaments this week, including qualifying.

Only Morgan Phillips has gone further than he was ranked/seeded to (though Jamie Baker would do the same if he wins tonight), Dave Rice had to retire a round before fulfilling his seeding and the other 8 have all gone out at least 2 rounds earlier than they were seeded to.

Put another way, based on seedings/rankings, those 11 Brits 'should' have won 30 matches between them this week - they have actually won just 7 (the women just 1/12) plus any additional matches Jamie or Morgan may win.

I realise there may be plenty of possible valid reasons for each individual defeat, but collectively - shocking bleh
