Yes, that's why - similarly with Sevilla/Seville. For some reason, the ATP use anglicised forms for main tour events (except, thankfully, Marseille and Basel) and local forms (assuming they aren't written in different scripts) for events at lower levels. I tend to just go with that for thread titles here.
