What's happened to the women's Barnstaple 75K this year ?

 The list from the tournament website had her currently down as 16th alternate.

However the heavily depleted field for Tokyo makes it highly likely that she is already in.

No more WCs for Robbo until her 18th birthday and anyway direct qualification will mean this tournament will count as a merited increase and not part of her 16.
