Dave Rice is likely to be the top seed here, the tournament not being on the devil dust having limited the Spanish entry, it seems.

Artunedo Martinavarr is giving a lesson to fellow 1993s Oli Golding and George Morgan in how to transition from being a top junior to a decent pro (already winning more than he loses in Futures), and is on course to reach 500 or thereabouts by the end of the year.
