Beautiful. When was the last time there were GB players in the doubles quarterfinals?

Adding 270 points to their ranking points (  360 this year  -  90 last year for each ) :

Colin :   would move from WR 69 to about WR 59  ( about WR 46 if they got to semis )

Ross :  would move from WR 73 to about WR 61 ( about WR 48 if they got to semis )

Super - & very convincing - win for the boys!      Nice to see Stephen give Ross a bit of a hug at the end.   Obviously no hard feelings. smile  More confuse than ever now about why Ross isn't in the DC team! furious

QF:  Colin Fleming & Ross Hutchins vs Christopher Kas & Alexander Peya (GER/AUT)

A winnable match, I'd have thought, so a SF place would seem to beckon...   Kas & Peya seem to have had an even longer five-setter against Anderson & Knowle in the second round than Colin & Ross did against Dimitrov & Tursunov (8-6 in the fifth!), so here's hoping!

Interesting to note that the Bryan's were 3-3 in the fifth when the rain came. If they were to lose it would mean that the top 4 seeds were all out and the draw will be wide open.

Second on Court 3 tomorrow, after a ladies' doubles match.

Fantastic stuff, I was surprised how good the pair looked at Notts given their lack of matches together and following Ross's injury layoff.
Feel for Ken a bit, but hopefully his results will start to pick up soon.
