Daneika ended up going down 3 & 2

Fran lost the 1st set tiebreak 7-3 but has just broken Min (world junior no. 27 / WTA 580) for *6-5 in the 2nd and is serving for the set ... 2 SPs, DF (no. 9) on the first but gets the 2nd!

No play possible today so USA win 4-2. A respectable scoreline considering the relative strength of the teams.
