QR1: (q14) Richard Gabb WR 1169 beat Ivan Egorov (RUS) UNR by 2 & 2 smile.gif
QR1: Lewis Burton WR 1384 v (q17) Marcin Domaszewicz (POL) WR 1345 (*) by 1 & 2 biggrin
QR1: Chris Priddle WR 1761 lost to (q10) Marin Franjicevic (CRO) WR 962 by 6-4 3-6 7-5 cry.gif
QR1: (q8) Burnham Arlidge WR 868 lost to Simon Ede (AUS) WR 1713 by 4-6 6-4 7-6(2) bleh
QR1: (q15) Miles Bugby WR 1234 beat Viktor Stjern (SWE) UNR by 6-1 6-7(3) 6-3 smile.gif

QR2: (q14) Richard Gabb WR 1169 v Arturs Kazijevs (LAT) UNR
QR2: Lewis Burton WR 1384 v Delf Gohlke (GER) UNR
QR2: (q15) Miles Bugby WR 1234 v (Alt) Vladyslav Klymenko (UKR) WR 1447 (#)

(*) & (#) - it doesn't give show a seeding number for him on the drawsheet but Domaszewicz was moved up to a seeded slot in the draw after Arsenov pulled out, with Lymenko (as it says on the drawsheet - his name is actually Klymenko) now in Domaszewicz's original slot.

I'm not sure what has happened to Arlidge since his great run to the semis of AUS F1 at the end of February - he has lost 6 of his 7 matches since, beating only Omar Awadhy (KUW), who is ranked in the 1100s, with 5 of those 6 losses being against lower-ranked players. cry

Another good win for Lewis, but Ede completes the double Brit-bash:

FQR: Lewis Burton WR 1384 beat (q10) Marin Franjicevic (CRO) WR 962 by 2-6 6-4 6-4 biggrin
FQR: (q15) Miles Bugby WR 1234 lost to Simon Ede (AUS) WR 1713 by 7-5 3-6 6-0 bleh

Only one of our three DAs can possibly get past R2, since the winners of the first two matches below will meet eah other in R2 - Meatball is in the same quarter as well! cry.gif Switching to 18 April rankings:

L32: (7) Josh Goodall WR 425 v Sean Thornley WR 581 (H2H, 1-1, 3 sets - all breadsticks, Sunderland 2005)
L32: David Rice WR 474 v Stefan Seifert (GER) WR 553
L32: Marcus Willis WR 594 v Alexander Bury (BLR) WR 462
L32: (Q) Lewis Burton WR 1377 v (Q) Jiri Kosler (CZE) WR 791
