As I hadn't spotted Andrew Bettles (third member of the 2009 Junior Davis Cup finalists with Oliver Golding and George Morgan) on any lists since withdrawing from a number of tournaments last summer, or seen anything posted about him I thought I would do a little research.

I had a feeling this would come about...probably the sort of person it makes sense playing college tennis and getting a degree, he was a useful talent rather than a brilliant one
Every guy brings something to the team. Its definitely not one person bringing everything to the team. One person can bring down a team, but it takes everyone to build it up, sophomore Scott Sears said.

Andy well featured in Simon Briggs Sunday Telegraph article on British coaches who are blazing a trail in women's tennis. He's with Elina Svitolina in Melbourne. He's a successful coach along with Tom Hill with Maria Sakkari. The comment is made that the pair have reached a level where they now have enough stature to walk into another job.
