No, he played qualifying in Eastbourne last in 2009 and in Metz (beating Cauvard in QR1) and Kuala Lumpur last year. He hasn't played in a main draw since Joburg 2009.
Colin attempted to qualify for half a dozen events last year, winning a round in San Jose, Estoril and Eastbourne but hasn't played in a main draw since he got a WC into the Jersey Challenger in November 2009. He last picked up any ranking points when he won London-Cumberland two months before that.

Good stuff from Colin. Looks as if we may have been in pretty good hands if Colin had had to play Davis Cup singles
I do kinda feel he never really did find his ultimate level as a singles specialist, with first the break in his career and then basically turning into a doubles specialist quite soon after he had returned I thought quite promisingly in singles.
Looks a pretty decent effort by Ross too. I reckon some of our top dozen or so GB singles players could be well tested if two or three of our doubles guys got serious again about singles.

from Col's twitter: Unfortunately @J_A_Baker lost a tough one 6-3 in the 3rd. Leaves me as the lone ranger in the draw, come on let's get in that main draw...
That was a really convincing win against the world no. 307 Stebe has had an amazing start to 2011, winning two Futures in Turkey then qualifying for the Kyoto Challenger this week, beating top seed Go Soeda (just outside the top 100) in the semis, hence the SE, before having his 17-match winning streak ended in the Final this morning by Dominik Meffert. You'd have to hope he's cream crackered by now!
