Why are Farquharson and Broady not playing doubles together? They've had a few opportunities now but haven't done it.

Very mixed news today:

FQR:  (q4) Liam Broady WR 977 defeated (q11) Yann Minster (SUI) WR 1309 by 4-6 6-1 6-2 smile

R1:  (Q) Liam Broady WR 977 vs (8) Rudy Coco (FRA) WR 426 bleh

R1:  (7) Dan Evans WR 407 lost to Maxime Authom (FRA) WR 815 by 5 & 3 bleh

Looks as though young Mr Evans won't be the WR 407 for very much longer... hmm

He still has an opportunity to go up in the rankings, he is only defending 5 points from now and May. Though he has had a very poor start to the year

Yes, and Mr Evans should be so much higher than WR 407.  Great pity  cry

Not sure that Broady playing Coco is to much of a disaster. At his age surely its all about experience, and playing someone in the top 400 will be a good experience for him, regardless of the result
