Apparently for 3 weeks, for shoving an umpire.  But he could still play in the Aussie Open as it's not run by the ATP.  Eh?

Yes, that's right - it's been the same with previous ATP bans, e.g. Köllerer, they can play in ITF events (Futures and slams) but not ATPs and Challengers.
