(13)Edouard Roger-Vasselin (FRA) WR 125 vs. Jan Hernych (CZE) WR 239 Roberto Bautista-Agut (ESP) WR 172 vs. Yuichi Sugita (JPN) WR 166 Paul Capdeville (CHI) WR 167 vs. James Ward (GBR) WR 201 Joao Sousa (POR) WR 243 vs. (27)Josselin Ouanna (FRA) WR 154
With regards to Capdeville's form, although James himself is not in great form this year, Capdeville lost in the first round of Sao Paulo to Ignatik in 3 sets with a bagel in the 3rd. His best results seem to be on Clay with a Challenger title and final appearance on the dirt in the tail end of last year. With regards to OZ open, Capdeville has been knocked out in the 1st round of qualies in the past 2 years, both to players who at the time were ranked lower than James, so hopefully that is a good omen!

5th (last) on court 13, so i've no idea what time that is going to be. I somewhat dispute the only Brit in qualifying, I trust you haven't forgotten the women qualifying!
Looking at the weather report, chances are Wardy probably won't even get to play with the rain, unless they manage to relocate some to indoor courts and even then seeing Ward is last on his court i doubt he'd get to play today/tomorrow/whatever the day it is in Australia
It's coming up to 6.30 pm in Melbourne and Muller-Lindahl has just gone to a 3rd set but James has tweeted to say he expects to get on court tonight. It seems unlikely he'll get on Court 13, since they still have to get through Lapentti-Koubek as well as the final set of Muller-Lindahl but some courts are closer to finishing so he may get moved.
