Pretty good draw Chris getting the lowest seed who has played on clay all year except for 3 indoor tournaments at the start of the year where he beaten by Inglot 3 and 4.

Good chance of winning this match and the next match but Yani will be a strong opponent.

QR1: Chris Eaton WR 558 beat (q8) Blaz Rola (SLO) WR 410 by 4 & 2 biggrin

QR2: Chris Eaton WR 558 v Kaden Hensel (AUS) WR 475 (CH 390 in July)

Ollie Golding upset Hensel in Eastbourne qualifying and the Wardinator beat him 2 & 4 in Nottingham Challenger qualifying. A win against Max Jones last year makes the Aussie's H2H v Brits 1-2.

Good first win for Chris, just noticed that this was the place where Dom Inglot was very successful last year so i presume the courts are pretty quick there for Dom to have done so well.

Never heard of this Hensel before but according to Steven it looks like Chris has a good chance of making final round.

Chris teams up with Andrew Anderson once again in the qualies for dubs and theyre the topseeds.
Play a WC pairing 1st round probably today.
If they qualify they get a strong pairing of Huss/Luczak

He lost in straight sets, 3 and 4.

Chris desperately needs to find some form soon or his ranking is going to tank big time when the Glasgow futures win comes off at the end of January.

Coming through quals would have only done the pair a load of good and hopefully they can push on from this now, next opponents yet to be decided.
