I must admit I assumed that Joko's 2nd round match would be tomorrow so didn't check the website.I think this result make's Heather's performance against the same girl last week all the more bizarre, because I would put Heather a step ahead of JoKo.
JoKo is to say the least inconsistent, but as long as the poor form only lasts one week, there's no problem with that at all.

yes, but heather seems prone to a brutal beat down here and there, however, usually comes back strong the following tourny.

Marino is a dead cert for top 100. Has a good chance to become top 20 in my opinion. I saw her play Venus Williams at the US Open and she looked class.

Ditto, not sure about as high as top 20, but this is a huge ask for JoKo, albeit Marino wasn't that impressive in beating Bouchard.
