Katie avoids a seed in the first round of qualifying, but again faces seasoned opposition in the form of Craybas:

The H2H is 1-1 - Katie won 7-6(4) 2-6 6-2 in Eastbourne qualifying in 2007 when Craybas would have been ranked much higher (she hit her CH of 39 in 2006) and Craybas won 6-0 4-6 6-2 in R1 of Roland Garros this year.

I'd say rather than being Katie, it's more just women's tennis.

I don't mean that in a derogatory way, just that as compared to men's tennis, the serve dominates much less.  All games tend thus to be closer to 50 / 50 events whoever is serving.  It is thus much more common for leads to be lost in this manner.
