Jamie must've made the Main Draw here. The No.1 seed in qualifying is Roman Valent who was 31st Alt.
I'm guessing this event has been affected by the travelling problems, as the qualifying draw includes only 6 world ranked players, and 2 of these are ranked 1200+. Also 12 players have been given QWCs!
A good chance for James and Jamie to pick up a few points here.
Ram is overranked by miles though, with a lot of his points coming from winning in Newport last year. Still a tough draw but on clay(?) Ward definitely is in with a good chance.

True, but unfortunately it's not on clay, Manta is a hard court Challenger - we'll have to hope that Ram's run to the Tallahassee semis has knackered him out.
Looking on the bright side, Ram has lost his last two meetings with Brits in straight sets - Jamie Baker beat him 4 & 4 in the Joplin QFs in 2007 and Chris Eaton beat him 5 & 3 in Ramat Hasharon last year.
Meanwhile, Jamie's opponent was beaten 3 & 3 by Wardy in Cuba in 2008.
