L32:  Zhe Li (CHN) WR 749 vs (Q) Myles Blake WR 1104
L32:  Peng Gao (CHN) WR 1093 vs Sean Thornley WR 793

Sean's also teamed up with Michael Leong again in the doubles.  Only trouble is:

R1:  (1) Mao-Xin Gong & Zhe Li (CHN/CHN) WR 809 vs Sean Thornley & Michael Leong (SOL) WR 1276  bleh

Looking on the bright side, you don't get into quite as much trouble for upsetting Mao in China as you used to ...

Sean should have faced his nemesis last week, the Croatian seventh seed, Marin Bradaric, but he gave his compatriot & namesake a walkover! biggrin  Surely Sean must now make his second semi on the trot... pray.gif
