Noticing the players turning up for Mons qualifying, I had a spy at Tarragona and a certain Morgar ( according to the draw sheet ) seems to be here :

Q1 :  Morgan Phillips  WR 514  vs  Carlos Calderon - Rodriguez  ( ESP )  WR 665

Given his recent futures performances on clay, good to see him trying qualifying for a clay challenger, and decent 1st round draw, although he could ultimately have to beat the no 1 seed to qualify for the main draw. 

Last ( 4th ) match on his court.  Play starts at 10 am ( 9 am BST ).

QR2: Morgan Phillips WR 514 v (q8) Marc Lopez (ESP) WR 355

Lopez is of course Rafael Nadal's sometimes doubles partner.

Yes, good win   smile

Lopez maybe more a doubles player but still gets very decent singles results, and certainly should be a step up.

Be really interesting to see how Morgan does here.

Slightly disappointing in that with Morgan's recent form, I hoped it might be closer.
