Updated with Futures - Interesting to see Fleming playing in a $10K so obviously wants to work on the singles ranking. No Milts Cox Willis etc tho

Do we know Eaton is down 4th in India Future 9. I would have thought he play out the 3 weeks in India as he will be seeded in all of them and surely that singles title is lurking, he has a great chance here, a final each week is surely the target. Along with doing the dubs for 3 weeks with Sean Thornley, Im sure they can pick up a couple of titiles together. He could be very successful there.

Yep, like i thought, Eaton has pulled out of the GBR future and will stay in New Delhi to do the 3rd and final 10K there. Great tournament selection from him, with the courts being so quick there.

Spud your a genious !!!

Obviously the co-efficient of friction between a tennis ball and compacted sh!t is much quicker than between the ball and an acrylic hard court.

So in order to win the Poland DC tie (off topic but bear with me) we import some top quality horse sh!t and roll-it into an indoor dung court and select Eaton and Bloomers for the singles and Jamie and Delgy for the dubs (They can now play on sh!t rather than like sh!t) and the tie will be ours.

Only issue I see is getting enough sh!t to form the court.....scratch that I have a better plan.

Just get the LTA big-wigs and their 'blue print for British tennis version 137' and throw that into the court and use a heavy roller.

The ball will glide off that ****ie surface faster than a Glasweigan getting out of a bath.

Oh and dont worry about the foul smell coming from the court...just make sure you avoid the stench eminating from the press box.

Well done Eaton for your choice of events by the way.

(Disclaimer : I am a Glaswegian and not all press stink smile.gif)

Old forum joke...don't ask.

Huss and Hutchins are likely to be the only British team in the US Open doubles, barring a surprise wild card.

Flemski are 7th alternates so could just squeeze in if every team where there is a slight doubt over someone's fitness withdraws.

There's 57 teams with direct entry, so with it being a 64 team draw, I'd imagine the remaining 7 spots are for wild cards.
