James Ward is in the main draw, but there are British players trying to qualify here.
Colin Fleming is the 6th seed and faces Ricardo Ojeda-Lara (unranked 16 year old in round one), with 2nd seed Ilya Belyaev of Russia seeded to qualify (WR 348)
Robert Lee also turns up here, but faces 3rd seed Jean-Noel Insausti (WR 411) in what will probably be his only match.
Fleming and Skupski will probably be playing doubles here as well (and means that they've chosen against going to try for Newport)
Robert Lee, born in 1991. This is only his fourth tournament on the main pro circuit - he lost in R1 of Cordoba Challenger qualifying in Jun 2007, won two matches to reach the FQR of the Martos Future in Sep 2008 and lost in QR1 at the Murcia Future in Jan 2009.
Robert Dee, born 1987 and rather more famous, has also won just two singles matches on the Futures circuit but he's played over 50.
