Judy Murray leaves LTA - anyone left ?

see the Charles Sale article in the Daily Mail today :-

"The beleaguered Lawn Tennis Association have suffered yet another blow with
Andy Murray's mother Judy handing in her notice as their talent and performance manager for Scotland.
Judy's two-year deal, signed in May 2007, was up for renewal and she has decided
to pursue her great ambition of setting up a European-style community tennis club in
Scotland. She is seeking a development partner to accelerate her plans.
The LTA have given their support to Judy's concept, but she is also working closely with other tennis agencies. The project is hardly in line with what the LTA were trumpeting when Judy joined them two years ago. They said then that she would be taking an advisory role with their Tennis Leadership Team and be working closely with chief executive Roger Draper and player director Steven Martens.
Draper said at the time: 'We are really pleased Judy has made this commitment to British tennis and look forward to working with her on a wide range of issues over the coming years.'
Instead Judy wants to go it alone while Draper, who usually loves the spotlight, has kept such a low profile so far at Wimbledon that the impression given is that marketing and communications boss Bruce Philipps is now effectively running the organisation on a day-to-day basis. "

Maybe there should be a "battle of the boards" for the total number of high profile staff leaving the federation this year.
I'll start with....... Kevan Tayler,Rhian Evans,Carl Maes,Judy Murray,Fiona Glennie,Anne Quinn . Coaches Jens Gurlak,Mark Taylor
Any others?

No wish to be rude, but if you are seeking to imply that the LTA is worse in certain respects than its competitors (presumably foreign federations?), then it is not sufficient to provide a random list of a few of its staff who have left "this year".

Rather, you would need to show that staff retention at the LTA is worse than at other federations, and in a statistically significant way.

My anecdotal beliefs are (i) that tennis coaching and management has a very high staff mobility rate across the board, and (ii) that the LTA's staff retention is no worse than average.

But in the absence of evidence, I have no idea whether my beliefs are true.

I felt sure that Paul Hutchins had left some time ago but he is still there!
Also I thought that Jeremy Bates left when the new regime took over but he is still there, so perhaps in a years time we will find that Judy is still there.

checking online I noticed Jeremy Bates is now heading Sutton Tennis acadamy and is not with the LTA but Hutchins has just been moved sideways. Mr Hutch has been there for the last 4 or 5 regimes, over 20 years - maybe he's the real govner!
