Feavs needed a QWC because he originally withdrew here in favour of Iran F3.

if feaver was wr. 800, would he have been given a seeding even though he is a LL ?

I think the answer is yes, if the main draw was made after qualifying finished and if he was already known to be an LL at that stage.
