It was, but sadly after a very tight 1st set, it was all over very quickly:

In fairness to MAtthew, I should add that this is the 3rd week in a row that Edlefsen has come through qualifying and won a round in a Mexican Future and last week he reached the QFs (those points are not included in his ranking yet), so he's better than his ranking suggests.
