Slightly worried for Amanda because the qualifier she has drawn (Yana Koroleva) just thrashed the finalist from last week (Lucia Jara-Lozano) 6-1, 6-0, who beat Amanda in last week's semis quite convincingly.

It'll be a new career high for Amanda smile.gif - her 17-year-old QF opponent may be lower-ranked but won two 10Ks in Lima in the autumn and beat the no. 2 seed in R1 here. Still, she'd break the unmentionable barrier if she could beat her ...
