According to a poster on GB Tennis Girls (who also runs a website that helps to sponsor Em and Olivia Scarfi) Em won in three sets and will next play Kostova.

However she should now be signing in for Tenerife qualies, hopefully this won't result in another suspicious loss as in India, as I'd love to see Em take a 10K title.
