Wild cards here for Anne Smith, Tash Khan, Jade Curtis and Johanna Konta (Broady overlooked!). They join Katie O'Brien, Naomi Cavaday and Amanda Elliott in the main draw.

Could Broady get an SE if she carries on in Grenoble?

Quali WC's go to - Lucy Warburton, Olivia Smith, Katie Gater, Lisa Whybourn

Personally wouldn't have given a WC to Konta - what is the latest on her status as it doesn't seem to have progressed much in recent months.

Qualies start on Monday so even if Naomi could have got a SE (which I very much doubt) there is no need.

With Konta, I think it might be something to do with she can't get a passport until she is 18 or something. She will be definately be trying all she can to move though as she using the British training facilities and recieving wild cards etc so obviously the LTA consider her British.

No result on the Parish-Meddens match yet.

Great win for Liz, hopefully a sign that she is back on track. With the exception of Lucy W, the girls that lost all took a beating, but from higher ranked opponents so it was to be expected. Tara vs Naomi should be a good one, though it's a shame both can't qualify. Also I wonder what happened to Manisha?

Not sure about full results or anything, but a Tabakova fan on the tennisforum is reporting that Liz Thomas won that match. smile

Edit: Oh and Naomi's site is reporting that Naomi beat Tara 6-2 7-5. 7 wins in a row now for Naomi.
