I am a keen British Tennis fan/follower, i saw a match at the Nottingham grass court event about two summers ago and watched James Richardson vs Ross Hutchins.
I was very impressed with James Richardson's potential and his positive attitude on court, can anyone tell me what he is up to nowadays results wise.
It seems that he's a 19 year old and played in a few futures qualies last year without making the main draw. He had a pretty full Junior record but maybe one of the others here can shed any light as to whether he is taking his senior career as seriously????
He played juniors up to Junior Wimbledon last year, reaching a career high in juniors of 190 about a year ago. Unfortunately, he had to retire at 5-0 down in the 1st qualifying round of Junior Wimby. He then played four Futures between July and September and still hasn't gained a senior ranking point, though I notice that he has beaten a couple of players who have gone on to be ranked since.
Some of the younger members who post here might know a bit more.
