Hopefully you're right - there are two players ranked higher than Dr No in qualifying but neither was on the original entry list.
QR1: Paul Brown UNR v Sergio de la Fuente-Ramos (ESP) UNR - winner to play (q10) Steven Diez (ESP) WR 1188, who beat both Cox and Milton last year.
QR2: (q4) Alex Ward WR 978 v Alexander Savinov (RUS) UNR or Marc Giner (ESP) UNR QR2: (q14) Morgan Phillips WR 1867 v Javier Valenzuela-Gonzalez UNR or Krisztian Krocsko (HUN) UNR
The other ranked player in the Wardinator's section is 17-year-old (q11) Igor Bujdo (POL) WR 1359. His only previous match against a Brit was a 6 & 1 loss to Philip Barlow on carpet in 2007.
The other ranked player in Morgan's section is (q5) Stéphane Piro (FRA) WR 987, who some of you might remember as the player who double bagelled Robert Dee after his second Futures qualifying win. The Marseillais also beat Myles Blake 2 & 3 last year when he had just turned 16.

It's probably worth mentioning that all three of the Brit-bashers went on to win their FQR matches in straights sets against the other seed in their section, so it looks like our boys were very unlucky with their draws.
Dr No hasn't been too lucky either, drawing Marcos Baghdatis's partner in Davis Cup crime!
