But Count, footballers get 2 months off in the summer.....tennis players get 1 month off a year, I don't think there's much question about which is the more gruelling schedule.

Slabba is going for qualies in Noumea and then hoping to make the AO qualies cut

I think Wardy could be playing an ATP this week

doubt he will get a PR. I am sure he would have tried to use one by now wouldnt he if he could?

Perhaps he will be hoping for a WC in the Q?

Why would the Aussies give him a Wild Card? It's only the Brits that give them away to any foreigner who wants one

Maybe the LTA have had the foresight to do a swap deal.

No, wait, that can't be it.

That's just crazy talk! Why would we want to have a guaranteed WC for all the Slams for a Brit like Aus/France US have

Funnily enough, New Caledonia is the first bit of land you hit if you go north-ish from Norfolk Island, the place the LTA have always seemed to think Bloomers and Aucks are from.

He could have something there, what do you think MJD? wink And Bloomers and Aucks would probably be the best doubles team in the South Pacific ...

Does anybody have any ideas as to how James Ward and Jonny Marray will be starting the season?
