I wish Slabba had Dyce's draw. I can see him losing to Ignatik, Simmonds, Elias or Ryderstedt. (Lost easily to Ryderstedt last month)

At the same time he can also beat them all.

Dyce is at the local college I think (Uni) No idea how he's been playing so we'll have to suck it and see!

Not sure I'd call three rounds of qualifying, against players of that calibre, just to get into a 50k+h challenger, a nice chance to progress.  Still a good test for him.

boggo gets WC jesse witten, with likley 2nd seed jesse levine in 2hd rd.

Josh gets michael russel, with possibly 6th seed amer delic in 2nd

could meet in the qf's.

boggo nver played witten, and beat levine back in 06 at newport. other player in his quarter is adrian menendez.

josh has never met russel, although lower rnaked at the mo russel reached 60 in the world last year. other guy in josh's quarter is peter polansky.

Not the worst draws for them, and I think there's a decent chance that they can both make the 2nd round here.

They could both do with the ranking points, especially Boggo to trying and crack the top 150 by the end of the season

Just makes George Couplands result against Ignatik last week all the more impressive he lost first round of MD having qualified in NC in USA 6-3 3-6 6-3. Watch Coups go!!!!!!!

they were the FQR matches Drew, so its not really suprising a qualifier won them biggrin.gif

shame the live score isnt working, but hopefully we should get the result quite quickly.
