QF: Amanda Carreras (GBR) WR616 v Lara Arruabarrena-Vecino (ESP) WR785

Lara took out the number 1 seed in last round in straight sets but the 16 year old last to Amanda in their previous meeting earlier on in the year (6-3 6-4) but since then has won the $10k in Oviedo. Also has wins against Elizabeth Thoms and Natasha Khan 

The win may take Amanda into the top 600 for the first time with only 2 points coming off before the end of March so perhaps a chance to push on
