Great shame about Fitzy's injury, and hope it does not prove as serious as Georgie's stress fracture. Her target, to make the Australian Open Qualifying, is quite unrealistic, given her form and injury, and I think she would be better advised to set targets which are challenging but achievable.

I wonder where Anna Smith appeared from - she was in the no. 3 seeds spot but she wasn't ranked high enough to be no. 3 (or even no. 9) seed and can't be a LL because she didn't play qualifying.
