I can also confirm that Eaton is planning on playing the French Futures event, as Skupski will also be playing it.

Makes sense for these two to play the event, as they are good enough to be able to win a couple of rounds, and Eaton can try and pick up some cheaper points after his challenger tour of India and Uzbekistan (if he's still going there next week)

That's one hell of a field for a 50K! Nishikori, Lu, Spadea and Dancevic aren't exactly Challenger level players.

But Dancevic and Nishikori's ranking have slipped into the range of challengers, while Lu is ranked where he is based mainly on challenger events.

Another example of how the Challenger hard court season is shorter than the main tour hard court season and the Challenger clay court season is virtually endless.
