Given that we have a large number of our challenger level players likely to just miss the cut for the US Open, it will be interesting to see if we get many entries in the NEw Haven ATP Qualies

US Open qualifying list is out. Boggo/Josh in. Bloomers is 6th alt and Slabba 10th so both should get in easily. Not sure about Baker yet.

It's going to be disappointing at Futures level this week, as after having 3 weeks of huge numbers of Brits playing, hardly anyone is this week.

Feaver and Illingworth will be seeded in Belguim and James Ward is playing in Italy where he will be seeded.

There may be someone else who I missed, but that could be it (and there's a 15K in Holland where the cut will drop below 1300 if the SE are cleared, and probably even further than that... why are they no Brits playing that event!!!)

I presume Morgan is still injured, having got injured in Wimbleon qualifying (I think it was a knee injury), but Kasiri seems to have just disappeared after some poor results... don't know whether he's retired, or injured, or just taking a break to try and improve his game

Oh my.... why couldn't the Brits chosen this week to play challenger qualifying!!!

San Sebastien qualies are horrible... only 11 players signed-in, and the 8th seed is ranked at 1,363... if Seator had stayed in Spain for 1 more week, he'd have been top seed here...

doh.gif Even though Souto is a very good prospect, Ed would have beaten him.

Hopefully Ed sneaked in as a direct entrant?
