Jamie M has teamed up with Simon Aspelin here. First round opponents are Bopanna & Cerretani (IND/USA). Wonder what's happened to Aspelin's usual partner, Julian Knowle (AUT)?

Going to take a guess that Knowle in playing inthe Austrian challenger this week, and so is playing in front of his home fans (while also probably playing with Melzer in doubles in preparation for the Olympics)
.... okay, that's wrong, as he's not in the Graz draw, and Melzer's playing with his younger brother (who qualified in singles), so no idea where Knowle is, although I think Aspelin/Knowle retired last week in Toronto, so maybe an injury.
Mirnyi? Could be anywhere, but guess he's preparing for the Olympics/spending time with the family/resting...
Guess Jamie was originally going to play with Andy this week, but obviously Andy didn't want to play the extra matches, so he teamed up with the best doubles player who didn't have a partner.
They're on tomorrow (think at around 2100 UK time, but can't remember)

Not to mention "The Beast"!
I'd almost forgotten about him. Anyway the new combo hit the courts tomorrow 4pm in C, is that 9pm here?
Answer to where "The Beast" is, according to somebody on MTF who got it from Max'x website: in hospital. Apparently he and another player - the poster mis-spelled the name, and I'm too lazy to look up who it would have been - both got infections during the DC tie.
The quote said he would be out at the end of the week.
Can anybody find a working scoreboard? I tried from the ATP site and from the Cinci site, both blank. The AMSTV site scoreboard shows them in a first-set tiebreak and has been showing that for the past 40 minutes! (But then that scoreboard is showing Haas/Youzhny as 2 all in the first set whereas I can see from the livestream that they are near the end of the second set)
Edit - and I no sooner post than Christian has found the result - ta.

Just for the record, there's still summat wrong with the LS!

I'd say about 2100 UK time is a more reasonable time to expect them to be on.
Say each singles match takes 90 minutes, then we're looking at around 2030 by the time they are over, so around 9ish would be the time they'd get on if that was the case.

Looks as though we're both wrong, FD, though I more than you: the preceding singles match, Anderson vs Bolelli, is in only the third game of the second set (Bolelli a set up)! I confess I was trying to be clever with my estimate: according to the OoP, the following doubles match (Hanley/Kerr vs Robredo/Sá) was scheduled to start no earlier than 21.00 BST...
