What has happened to tash, she was inside the top 400 then got injured but that was a year ago and she doesn't seemed to have got back to her top 400 form. Hope her comeback starts here.
Just hoping Fitzy can start winning matches again? What is up with her this year? Although for every 1 brits thats moving up there always seems to be 1/2 in a slump going down.
Yeah its been strange with Tash, thought she'd be back inside top 500 within no time but some strange recent losses.......pre-injury she had a great serve and backhand, really promising attacking game......I'm guessing its taking a while for the consistency from the back to return
I saw Fitzy at surbiton where she looked really poor and was not surprised she's been struggling so much this season, she seemed unable to keep the ball in play for more than about 4 shots before blasting long.......if anything her game seemed to have gone downhill from when I saw her in early 2007. She's still got that good serve, her rangy physique makes that quite a weapon but she really needs to spend a long spell training to regain her back-court consistency
