Unlucky Oscar, and I doubt Ned will go any further either.

Yes, fantastic luck for Matt in the end (shouldn't they have moved the notional no. 9 seed up into that slot, or is that just for ATPs?) and Jamie seems to have got a reasonable draw too.
L32: Jamie Feaver WR 851 v Radu Albot (MDA) WR 874 L32: Matt Illingworth WR 965 v (LL) Alin-Mihai Constantin (ROU) WR 1509
Matt plays on Tuesday, Jamie on Wednesday.

Constantin was pretty good once and became the first 1990 born to win a round at a Challenger (I think). But he has has fallen a lot since then so Matt should win this.
The Brits are making things tough for themselves today, but he's in the second round, and winning a final set tiebreak must give him a boost, and with another player he's ranked higher than in the next round, another chance of a QF and backing up his good run from last week which is the way to move up the rankings
L16: Jamie Feaver WR 851 v (5) Raian Luchici (ROU) WR 545 L16: Matt Illingworth WR 965 v Roman Tudoreanu (MDA) WR 1307
Luchici beat Konstantinos Kalaitzis 4 & 0 when the latter was still a Brit and has partnered Kinsella in doubles this year. He won a Futures title in Venezuela last year and has reached one other semi, in Panama.

Having really taken his chance last week, Matt passed up another one this time.
