Thanks for this, Arka; I've added Johanna to our role of honour - presumably, I'd have to remove her name should the ITF rule against her change of nationality.
She wants to change, I doubt that the LTA objects either (we are in dire need of good players) but the ITF can take some time.
I remember that the year before last, a year a boy called Gueorgui Roumenov-Payakov (was a top Junior once upon a time) wanted to change from being Bulgarian to Spanish and the ITF took ages to update his nationality.
