Great performance by Fish, even if commentators say Federer was off colour, it shouldn't detract from Mardy's game tonight.

He just played aggressive in every point and never let Federer get on top of him.  In the 2nd set it seemed like he couldn't miss and I don't think even he could believe how well he was playing.

I believe the fabric of reality just unfolded.

Btw, I can't really agree with you Josh. Fish served a first serve % in the 30s. Are you really telling me if Fed was even at 50% he wouldn't have been able to break a guy unable to hit a third of his first serves. Federer was absolutely dreadful. Looked a shadow of the great man we know is there somewhere. Unforced error after unforced error, severe lack of confidence to hit his groundstokes properly, ridiculously passive play. I wouldn't like to suggest that Fed wasn't trying but it looked that way. He was AWFUL.

Fish is a guy who goes after the ball but with poor movement around the court. If Fed was playing someone a little quicker and maybe more consistnet he would have been double bagelled. It was just totally bizarre and somewhat unsettling. Either Federer is still ill or he is in SERIOUS decline.

Edit: Can't believe I missed the opportunity to say it seemed there was something FISHY going on.
