mmm ... Girls ranked below Mel in the entry list are seeded in the main draw; similarly, girls ranked below Anna are seeded in qualies. Presumably, then, both girls withdrew? Jade definitely did withdraw, though, last Friday.

I think Anna and Ana will be able to do a remote sign-in for the Las Vegas qualies as the final is tomorrow and Las Vegas qualies start on Sunday. However according to the ITF site they are only alternates anyway

Congratulations to the An(n)as! I grumbled about the standard of our doubles during the Fed Cup and we now can't seem to stop winning titles!
