When I first came to this forum, there was a bucket load of people willing to write articles for the site, Rob posted a list every day, and people seemed to respond. I reckon for the last three months though, I have done about 96-97% of the articles.
Is there anyone out there who would like to help out? Quite frankly I am tired of doing it all on my own.
Someone could start by doing a futures round-up for this week just gone.
12 British players were in futures main draw action in week 8. The disapointing tour of Thailand continued for Irwin, Flanagan and Brewer, with Irwin losing in 1rst qualies round against an unranked thai, and flanagan and brewer both losing in R1 of tha main draw.
In Spain Evans managed to qualify, levi was given a wildcard into the maindraw and Blake was there as a Direct Acceptance, however all three lost to higher ranked opponents in round one.
In Cuba James Ward had an immense run to the semis, winning all three rounds in straights, however in the semis he lost to Quinterro(the eventual winner) WR around 300, in a tight 3setter.
Nigeria gave us a doubles Title with Edward seator combining with John mcgahnon(irl). In the singles Edward also had a good run to the quarters, unfortunately Bains lost a tight first round and after qualifying fitzpatrick also lost.
Croatia gave the biggest suprise of the week with Joshua goodall wining 3 close matches to take him to a 15k semi. Chris Eaton also made the main draw after triumphing through three qualifying rounds, however lost in rd 1 to the 4th seeded Pole Olejniczak
However in USA we had out 2cnd futures single title of the year through Jamie Baker who won the 15k tournament without dropping a set, and with only one tiebreak, which was in the final against higher ranked South African Kevin Anderson.
I've posted an article by DJ which he sent me. I would offer to help out but I simply don't have the time However, I'm happy to post any articles that are either pmmed to me, or posted here if that's the way we want to play it.

Imoen (or any other admin / mods) would it be possible to PM the login details to anyone willing to help out (e.g. freerider or yorkie) so they can just upload it themselves?
Here's the article on the Boggo match... I've tried posting it but Freewebs still seems to be as annoying as ever and won't let me post anything.
I'll try again later but if anyone else wants to post it they can
British number 2 Alex Bogdanovic got his season back on track with a straight sets with over Joseph Sirianni in the first round of the Cherbourg challenger, winning 6-4 6-2.
Sirianni had reached the semi finals of the ATP event in Adelaide at the start of the year, beating Radek Stepanek, Sam Querrey and the Paul-Henri Mathieu, before falling to Michael Llodra, but since then has failed to win a match.
Bogdanovic, who himself has been struggling for wins this season got off to a good start breaking Sirianni in the third game of the match, and then had 2 more chances to break for a 5-2 lead, in stark contrast to his match against Jeremy Chardy last week where he couldnt fashion a single break point chance.
Bogdanovic closed out the first set to take it 6-4, but had to come back form 0-30 to do so; the first time that Sirianni had managed to make an impressive on Bogdanovics serve.
And Bogdanovic continued his good form into the second set, immediately crafting out 2 more break points on the Sirianni serve, and taking the first of them to secure an early break.
And then after holding to deuce in the following game, Bogdanovic broke again to go 3-0 up and looked to be on course to cruise into the second round, which he did by holding serve throughout the match to take the second set by 6-2
Up next for Bogdanovic will be a meeting with Karol Beck or second seeded Yuri Schukin, both men that Alex defeated last season. Beck has shown some form this season, reaching the semi finals in Besancon last week, defeating Fabrice Santoro along the way, but Schukin has yet to win a match in 2008 as was beaten easily by Jamie Baker in Australian Open qualifying.
Who is it that has been updating the site recently? Very good. If people keep updating the mens, I am more than happy to keep the womens updated myself.
