Some to start:

Katie - 107 Will enter top 100 and get DA for Wimbledon, but will fall out again after Grass.
Anne - 118 Another mix of good runs, injuries and disappointing losses.
Elena - 132 Some big results, but still inconsistent.
Naomi C - 78 If she can recover quickly and stay healthy.
Melanie - 166 But top 100 in doubles including 1st Tour Title.
Sarah B - 222 Moving back up but not by a huge amount.
Anna F - 289 Also minor ranking improvement.
Georgie - 187 If she's healthy.

Pretty much agree with that round-up. Although i think Anna F will be topp 250. I think she has the game to have a great grass court season.
