On to Miami, 60 points up for grabs for the winner. If that's Alex, he could advance to 144.

What If for Round 1:
Alex has 227 points and is sitting at 183

If Alex wins his R1 match in Miami, he'll have 233 points
He will overtake Saretta, Peya, Petzschner, El Aynaoui, Fleishman and Ledoviskikh
He could overtake:
Gaudio, if he loses in Miami
Bellucci, if he loses in La Serena
Mayer, if he loses in Miami
He could be overtaken by:
Anderson, who plays Falla at the AO

Best case, Boggo climbs to 174, Worst case, he climbs to 170.

If Alex loses:
He could be overtaken by:
Anderson, who plays Falla at the AO
Istomin, who plays Lacko at the AO

Best case, Boggo stays at 183, Worst case, he drops to 185

i have no idea if alex has much experience on green clay, its not that common over here is it. hopefully he can at least play well and put in a decent performance. he is still really down over the aoq, so needs a boost from somewhere.

guadio was banned wasnt he? what kind of form is he in now? surely he must be favoruite for any clay challenger he enters.

also has anyone else noticed at the bottom of the mds sheets it now says follow live scoring at atptennis.com
i assume they are telling porkies about challenger live scoring and it only refers to atp's and above. bit silly to put it on a challenger mds sheet, but probbaly they all use the same template for 32man draws.
