He is a 36-year-old who reached the Final of the National Seniors Championship last year, a report on that Final in the winner's local paper describes Howe as a "Middlesex-based Australian" (!)
He has been playing Satellite and Futures qualifying intermittently since the mid-1990s without qualifying for a main draw until October 2006.
He's no Dee or Lownsborough though - he scored ranking points in Tunisia, Senegal and Pakistan last year and I assume he's funding himself - maybe the need to be able to fund himself explains why he's playing more overseas tournaments in his mid 30s than he ever did before.
His best performance last year, however, was probably taking a set off a young Indian now ranked in the 700s in Mumbai qualifying last September.

lol, no it's because of the internet I've chosen in my house, you'll just have to choose a slightly more expensive service. The internet on campus was excellent, and very fast.

cant you just pay 16 quid (or less) a month for a reasonably fast broadband connection ?
good to hear that the campus internet was good, was that in your room or computer rooms ?....Rochelle's is rubbish, she can't access any streams but that doesnt matter bother her (unlike Blake's playing), too into her nightlife for tennis
