Drew, can you get this outside the UK? It drives me nuts sometimes when the beeb offer something like this only in the UK as you get it there on TV anyway.

I hope you had a nice Christmas! We spent far too much on our kids.

I don't think you can get it outside the US Montana, at least not the full selection of programs. I'm sure it must be really annoying and I do sympathise, the problem is it's all about copyright laws and who has the tv rights to what sport (for Wimbers) I don't think it's the BBC being mean, their hands are tied. cry.gif

i think it could also be to do with licence fee, after all it may seem free but we are paying for it.

lol I also though that his name was Montana for ages till I found out it was a state

Is this an online thing or on tv or both ? I guess that you need to buy a updated version of freeview tv to have it

yes, it's online, I recommend it, the quality is very high, even when viewing on full screen and it has quite a large number of programs available.

The BBC will roll out some sort of i-player on their bbc.com web site but it is to be seen whether it will have adverts or for some of the bigger events even a pay-per-view.

All you need Doug is a UK ip address to route through if you want to watch the bbc.co.uk/iplayer....... It can be done but dont ask me !!

Doug....check out some of the proxy websites like: www.youhide.com.....there are others...I think they might be UK IPs and so you can access the bbc website using them
