Becki Fong is in main draw

Qualies:

Yasmin Clarke is back in action w00t.gif  She's seeded 2nd, had a rd1 bye, now plays an unranked Yank called Katie Mc Glennen

Unfortunately her section of the draw is rather nasty, as it contains 16 year old Allie Will who's unranked on the womens tour but is 179 in juniors, beat Jade Curtis several times last autumn and made the semis of a G1 earlier in the year

Bad news from qualies:
2nd round - A Gibson lost to M Harkins 1-6 3-6

Final Round - Y Clarke lost to A Will 2-6 1-6
Surprising result considering Yasmin buldozed her way past few few rounds

1st round - R Fong lost to Tukagishi 1-6 3-6

Going to be one of them weeks!!!

Allie Will is a really talented junior so the result isn't that surprising considering that it's Yasmin's first tournament since November. She must be very rusty. At her best I think she'd beat Will.

Becki was unlucky to get the 3rd seed in rd1. She's in the USA for a few more weeks so lets hope she can pick up some pts

Mel lost 2 and 2 to a qualifier. She's still to get a ranking point this year
