And another great result for Robert Dee, who moves 1 step closer to the world record for successive defeats, He put up a great effort, but in the end the superio play of his opponent, no doubt helped be a series of home line calls gave him a 1 and 2 victory

Still... Dee won more games than Gomez and Chamberlain combined, although Levi decided to win

Garcia-Parra def. Dee - 6-1, 6-2
Chala def. Gomez - 6-1, 6-0
Palacios-Siegenthale def. Chamberlain - 6-1, 6-0
Levi def. Goosens - 6-3, 6-4

Levi now plays Takahiro Ittogi, the 14th seed with a world ranking of 1387. He won his first match against an unranked Spaniard 0 and 3

Just looked at this Dee on ATP, I see what you mean about first round losses!

And ATP only show main draws, how many qualies has he lost?

Any background information on this fellow, like what is he doing in the tennis proffesion?

Disappointing to see none of the Brits stayed out here, as there are 3 byes in the doubles draw, so it would have been a chance for them to pick up some easy prize money

I think it's Diego Beltranena with his career record of 0 wins - 53 loses.

see... http://stevegtennis.com/records05.htm and http://stevegtennis.com/records06.htm , under "Most Futile Effort" Award.

So just 8 more tournaments to go: I make it a 46 match losing streak so far. Go Robert!
